Garment Care & Washing

Our garments are made from beautiful premium fabrics, and we are sure you will notice the difference. We recommend that you treat your beautiful garments with care, and recommend a gentle cold wash for best care.


We ship internationally at standard costs, trying to keep the price as low as possible for you. We will try and negotiate savings for the customer where we can!

Satisfaction Guarantee

Scout.thelabel is dedicated to customer service and satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can choose whether to return it for a refund, or exchange it, within 14 days of delivery.

Return Instructions

All returning items must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed with any swing tags included and returned within 14 days of delivery.

Step 1: email us and let us know that you want to return, advising whether you would like an exchange or a refund.

Step 2: Pack your item ensuring that any tags are included and post it back to us at the address which we will provide via email. You must cover your own return postage costs, for your protection please ensure your return package is prepaid and insured in case of loss or damage.

As soon as we receive the item back we will notify you via email and promptly process your refund/exchange.

The Fine Print

Scout.thelabel is limited edition and for this reason we cannot guarantee sizes or styles will be available when exchanging, but we will try our best. If the size or style you want is not available you will be given a full refund. Scout.thelabel does not cover customs duties or charges, which may apply depending on your country.

Faulty Items

All of our styles are handmade with care and are inspected before being shipped to ensure the highest quality garments are being sent to you. In the unlikely event that something is faulty, please contact us immediately so we can arrange for a replacement. If the item is no longer in stock, we will issue a full refund. Please follow the care instructions on the label to prolong the life of your garment as we cannot fix colour fading, nicks or holes from inappropriate washing or any other symptoms of normal wear and tear.

GST & Taxes

The Australian GST tax rate applies to all orders delivered within Australia. 

International orders are exempt from Australian GST (10%); however they may incur taxes and duties applied by customs in the country where the order is delivered.

Any duties and taxes incurred in the country of destination are the responsibility of the customer. If you require further information about your country’s taxes and duties you will need to contact your local customs office directly.

To comply with Australian export regulations, we are required to declare the exact value of all items ordered and to mark them as dutiable ‘merchandise’. We are also prohibited by law from marking the order as a ‘gift’, even if order is placed with the intention of sending to a gift recipient.
